Too much potential is left on the table and I want that to end. I am an expert in developing people and I want all leader to have this critical skill of leadership.

Everyone has more potential: it is the role of the leader to help them find it; to show them what’s possible. To engage them in their own development rather than shying away from ‘hard’ conversations.

Too often leaders give up on people, without developing their own skill set of developing talent.

I implore all leaders - if you want to be an effective leader, ensure that includes becoming an expert at developing talent.

My “superpower” is seeing and sensing what is unseen or unsaid, and using that insight and intuition to help you transform your awareness, capability and strategy.
