The course is designed for leaders looking to develop their people and maximise their potential. It is not entry level feedback, it is for those who are experienced giving feedback and are ready to take it to the next level. Participants must be managing at least one person.

Everyone is capable of change. Through the program we will uncover the barriers to change to ensure that it is clear how to move forward where change is more challenging. Where there is no will to change, we will explore that and how to proceed too.
You will be supported by an expert in people development in the coaching sessions as you progress through the course material.

At times it is not feedback that’s required, it’s clear and aligned expectations. Distinguishing the difference is important. Feedback is always a catalyst to growth, as long as it is done right – through the course I will teach you how to ensure you are doing it in a way that results in change.

The course consists of four modules, each made up of 3-4 lessons. The lessons start with knowledge, to create an understanding, then building your self-awareness, and finally the how-to for each module. Each video lesson is between 6-21 minutes and some have exercises to complete after the lesson.
There are handouts that can be downloaded and printed within each module.
There are coaching sessions throughout the program in which you can ask Kate any questions you have or share your experience in applying the skills.

The intent to be a leader who develops people and prior experience giving feedback.

The course content won’t take more than 1-1.5 hours per week plus a coaching call, then the application will be on the job. It will be important that you practise the skills daily if you want to create these new habits.

There are 4 modules to be completed over 5 weeks.

The course content and approach is specific to someone that you have a management relationship with, however you will find elements of the tools you learn applicable to other feedback conversations too.
