I was a high-achieving corporate executive with one major problem: I didn’t believe in myself.

Despite all evidence and feedback to the contrary, I was deeply engaged in an ongoing battle in my head. Me vs. me. Beating myself up at any given opportunity for all the things I could have and should have done better. I was plagued with anxiety, self-doubt and the constant niggle of perfectionism. 

I had been with Mars, Inc in Australia, the US and New Zealand for over 14 years and had been fast-tracked into senior sales leadership roles from my mid-20’s. I loved the work, but the mental pressure I put on myself, combined with the challenge of young children, eventually resulted in physical burn out. I found myself with no choice but to leave the corporate world to recover my physical and mental wellbeing.

Through the journey I subsequently took from corporate executive to executive coach I discovered my own self-belief, recovered my physical wellbeing and learnt the power of self-leadership. I’ve explored my own potential and that of others extensively, at a physical and energetic level and continue to explore and understand the limitless nature of humanity.

My intent is to access the very best of the people that I work with. To enable them to find the power they have, to let go of the limiting beliefs and behaviours that they have, and understand the ways in which they hold themselves back so they can create a easier, more potent path forward.

I bring my strategic, high commercial acumen into every business relationship that I have, however my intent is never to tell you how to run your business. I will understand your commercial challenges deeply but that perspective enables me to ask questions to bring your thinking to the fore. I will challenge you deeply, yet see and support you in ways you may not have imagined were possible - from this place of relating, you will grow rapidly.
